Welcome to Southside Nails & Beauty Bar! We are thrilled to provide you with our premier nail and beauty services. To ensure a positive experience for all our valued customers, we have established the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.

Appointment Scheduling

1. Appointments can be booked through our website, over the phone, or in person at our location.
2. All appointments require a valid credit card to reserve the booking.

Late/No Show Policy:
If you are late for an appointment by 10 minutes or more without notice, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your services. Same day cancelation are consider a no show and are subject to a 100% charge of the appointment cost. We also require a deposit if you no show 2 or more times.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Same day cancellations are considered No Show. If you are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice, we will charge you 50% of the appointment amount. We may ask you leave a credit card on file at your time of booking, as part of our cancellation policy. Some appointments may require a deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we believe violates our salon policy which includes abuse to our staff or clients, violent, racist, bullying or threatening behavior, theft, disruptive or intoxicated and other illegal activities or infractions of store policies. We stand by our services and guarantee your satisfaction. Your safety is our utmost concern. Our environment is designed to bring comfort and relaxation.

Services

1. Southside Nails & Beauty Bar offers a variety of nail and beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, and more.
2. Our experienced technicians strive to provide high-quality services, with utmost attention to hygiene and safety.
3. We have a 5 Day Service Warranty Policy. Please see below.

5 Day Service Warranty Policy:
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our five days service warranty policy will cover you for default on application, workmanship  or material defect at no charge. Warranty policy only applies to gel, shellac, acrylic, and dip powder services. We do not warranty regular polish manicure. Southside VIP Members warranty policy is extended to 7 days.

- If your shellac polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. (Pictures will be required)
- If your gel, acrylic or dip powder nails are chipped, lifted, or broken due to workmanship, material defects, we will repair it at no charge. (Pictures will be required)
- You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
- Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.

Our five days service warranty is to help you as being a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.

All Products are final sale.

Payment and Pricing

1. Payment for services is due at the time of service completion.
2. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
3. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.

Southside Nails & Beauty Bar reserves the right to make changes to the prices charged for services from time to time. As legacy pricing may be offered in many places including printables, old social media posts, newsletters, etc., for current pricing always refer to our Bookings page - the pricing on this page supersedes any different pricing you may discover elsewhere. Please note, coupons may not be used with already discounted services, which includes Monthly Promos, VIP programs, or Packages. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us during business hours.

Hygiene and Safety

1. Our salon adheres to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all customers.
2. We use disposable tools and autoclave whenever possible and thoroughly sterilize reusable tools.
3. Customers must disclose any allergies or health conditions that may be relevant to the services being provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee

1. We are committed to customer satisfaction and welcome feedback on our services.
2. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Customer Conduct

1. We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all customers. We ask that all visitors to the salon respect the comfort of others.
2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.

Liability

1. Southside Nails & Beauty Bar is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
2. We advise customers to take care of their personal items and valuables while at the salon.

Applicability of Terms

By utilizing the services provided by Southside Nails & Beauty Bar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our salon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any such modifications will be effective upon posting. We encourage customers to review these terms periodically for updates.
